Personalized hormone care. Built around your life.
Convenient testing, licensed clinician evaluation, and ongoing care for women and men—with online follow-up when appropriate.
Testing and evaluation do not guarantee a prescription. Prescriptions depend on clinician evaluation.

Two clear pathways
Protocols are approved by our medical director. Your clinician decides what testing and treatment, if any, is right for you.
Hormone care for women
Perimenopause, menopause, and hormone-related symptoms evaluated in the context of your cycle, menopause status, uterus/ovary status, contraception, and fertility goals.
- Estradiol & progesterone
- Total & free testosterone, SHBG
- FSH/LH when indicated
- Thyroid when indicated
Hormone care for men
Low-testosterone symptoms evaluated with appropriately timed testing, confirmation when required, and attention to fertility goals, sleep apnea, and cardiovascular history.
- Morning total testosterone (confirmed when required)
- SHBG & free testosterone
- LH, FSH, prolactin when indicated
- CBC/hematocrit; prostate assessment when appropriate
How It Works
Eight steps from account to ongoing care. Some steps require a live visit, and every clinical decision is made by a licensed clinician.
Step 1
Create your account
Confirm your age, identity, location, and that care is available where you live.
Step 2
Complete your intake
Share symptoms, history, medications, reproductive and fertility details, and your goals.
Step 3
Purchase the initial assessment
See the price, what is and isn’t included, and refund terms before paying. An eligibility screen runs before any lab is ordered or kit is shipped.
Step 4
Lab testing
After clinician approval of the lab order, your kit ships with collection instructions and timing. Status updates appear where verified data supports them.
Step 5
Clinician evaluation
A licensed clinician reviews your results and history, with a video or in-person visit when required. Testing and evaluation do not guarantee a prescription.
Step 6
Your plan & membership invitation
If treatment is appropriate, your clinician shares a plan and you may be invited to join the annual care membership.
Step 7
Medication from an authorized pharmacy
Any prescription is filled by an authorized pharmacy, with administration education for your specific treatment.
Step 8
Ongoing follow-up
Follow-up testing, scheduled clinician reviews, symptom tracking, and refill requests reviewed by your clinician.
Two separate purchases
Start with an initial assessment. A membership is offered only if a clinician approves a care plan.

At-home testing with SiPhox Health
SiPhox Health is our proposed testing provider. There is no automatic connection yet — reports are securely uploaded, then verified by your clinician before anything is shared. Results use the performing lab’s units and reference ranges.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who is eligible?
Adults 18 and older located in a state where we currently offer care, who complete intake and pass the eligibility screen. Some conditions (for example pregnancy or certain cancer or clotting histories) require local or specialist care instead. A clinician makes the final determination.
How does testing work?
Our proposed testing partner is SiPhox Health, which uses an at-home capillary blood collection kit. There is no automatic ordering yet; when a kit is used, the report is securely uploaded and verified by your clinician (manual import — there is no automatic connection, and we never ask for your SiPhox password). Tests that aren’t on the SiPhox panel, such as a full CBC or kidney/liver panel, require a supplemental lab. Results from earlier testing partners keep their original lab attribution.
Will I need a video visit?
Often, yes. The initial assessment includes a required video encounter. Some treatments — including starting testosterone — require a live audio-video or in-person evaluation, depending on federal and state rules. Care is not fully asynchronous.
How do refills work?
Refill requests included, subject to clinician approval, required monitoring, and prescribing limits. Each request asks about your dose, remaining supply, side effects, and monitoring; missing information or overdue labs pause the request until your clinician reviews it.
How is the membership billed?
$948 is charged once per year — equivalent to $79/month, but it is not billed monthly. Medications are billed separately. You are only invited to purchase a membership after a clinician approves a care plan; approval never triggers an automatic charge.
Can I cancel?
You may cancel at any time from your Care page. Cancelling stops renewal; benefits continue until your term ends. If a clinician determines treatment is not appropriate or must be discontinued, unused benefits are reviewed for a prorated refund under the published discontinuation policy.
Will I definitely get a prescription?
No. Testing and evaluation do not guarantee a prescription. Your clinician chooses whether treatment is appropriate and, if so, the medication, formulation, route, and alternatives.
Ready to see if we can help?
Check eligibility in a few minutes. Prescriptions depend on clinician evaluation.
Compounded medications, if prescribed, are not FDA-approved. No outcome is guaranteed.
